android 4.0.4 smart phone. needs 3 cards can you tell me what they are i know one is my sim card

Your phone sounds as if it is Dual SIM. You only need one SIM card, but you can add another from a different carrier, then tell the phone which one to use at a particular time. For example, I have a phone with a T-Mobile SIM, and I also have a BTC (Bahamas) SIM in it for use on vacation. It can be handy--or useless
The other slot is for a micro-SD card. This will add additional storage for music, photos, and, in some cases, apps.
If you can find your phone on THIS list, you might want to talk with other users about it. Even if it is not on the list, there is a section for "Other."
