Sim not allowed for voice

I've had my Note 10 plus 5g for a month and 3 times now I've had an icon pop up and tell me that my sum is not allowed for voice. I'm in the UK on 3 network. A reboot does the trick each time but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?

The trouble with intermittent faults is that it takes a long time to understand what's behind them. It might be a SIM fault rather than a phone fault (I've had 2 SIMs fail this decade, though no failures in the previous 2 decades).

I'd have to go along with @Hadron. If the sim card isn't registering correctly it might be time for a new one. You would always first try popping it out and making sure the contacts are clean and it's seated properly, but if it was the sim from your previous phone, replace it.

Thanks guys, yeah it's the sim I had with my last phone for 2 years and maybe even the one before that lol. I'll pop into a 3 store and get it swapped
