SIM toolkit keeps stopping

I've just updated my phone and ever since I get a message every few seconds saying SIM toolkit keeps stopping. It's really annoying. I've tried to disable or force stop but it keeps happening. Any ideas?

Thanks. How do I do that? I'm useless with technology...

It should be under the same app settings as where you found "disable or force stop", maybe under the storage options for the SIM Toolkit app. SIM toolkit is not something that every carrier SIM does.
