Similar sounds

In the last few months, I've played several games that uses what I feel is the same sound set for upgrades as dungeon hunter 5. This includes earth core and now star wars uprising. This really turns me if and makes the games feel more like slot machines. Any insight into this. I was not a huge fan of dh5 so this is not something I'm a fan of.

So what are you wanting to do? Change the sounds within the app itself?
Sorry I don't really game alot so I didn't know if there was an option to change the sounds

This is pure curiosity. If there is a common theme in these games, I would like to avoid them unless it's something like a similar game engine. Just feels a bit lazy to hear the same sound effects for the same features across multiple games.
