Simple Notepad

Hello devs

Im a Over The Road trucker and would like to see if theres anyone who can make a simple notepad based app.. Basically I would like it to allow me to input my load info and save it/edit when needed.

Would need to be able to input text. Below is the layout Im thinking

Trip #: ________________
Pick Up Location: (Business Name)___________________
Street Address ___________________
City/State _______________
Pick Up Date: _____________ Time: ______________
Pick Up #: ________________
BOL #: _______________
LD Trailer #: _________________ MT Trailer #:____________
Delivery Location:(Business Name)___________________
Street Address ___________________
City/State _______________
Delivery Date:_____________ Time:____________
Delivery #: __________________
LD Miles: __________ MT Miles ___________
Total Miles: _______________ <---- I'd like this to calculate the LD and MT miles


Thats the format I'd like it to be in. Pretty simple I think, But im no app dev so i wouldnt really know.....

If possible I'd like to have the main screen show a list of loads with their milage like

Trip # XXXXXXXX Miles XXXX
Trip # XXXXXXX Miles XXXX
Trip # XXXXXXX Miles XXXXX

and then a button on the bottom left/right that allows me to input a new trip in and a delete button should a load be canceled.

Sorry for "no" response. Im constantly rolling down the road or sleeping.

I took a look at what you made, I like it. Its simple easy to use.. So far the only thing I see that I'd like changed is having the ability to add letters and numbers to the Pick Up #/ BOL #/ Trailer # / Delivery #.. My fault for not adding that in to the above.

Also I noticed a minor bug on the pick up time/delivery time... If I set it for 5:00pm it will show as 17:0 or if i do 5:01 it will show 17:1 etc.. not really a big deal but figured i'd toss it out there.

Changed the fields to allow letters and numbers. Also amended the time format to make sure it always shows XX:XX. It should show up in the new version soon.

I was imagining the "Export" feature might be necessary (and potentially the import feature), but didn't see it in the app request. Is it needed in any way?

Having something to work on gives me the energy to get back to app development, so thank you too :D
