Well, simple to you.
I have rooted my phone and am new on a generic rom. When installing a new one, do I just reflash the radio, spl and rom in that order over the top of any other previous versions I have of them?
Before doing this do I backup and then do a complete wipe?
I need a different partition type so do I change it after the wipe?
Oh and does my memory card class I heard is important, for some roms. I have class 2 at the moment does this matter at all for all roms or just certain ones in particular.
