Hi Thomandshe, I'm guessing that this is a pay app?
If so, then you really don't have a way to get if for free except that it *could* end up being an Amazon App of the Day.
We've got a list of those apps, right here:
they are only good for one day though, so you gotta be on your game to catch them

By the looks of things, the Ambitions expansion isn't even released for Android at the moment, sorry.
As 9to5 points out, your only option is hoping it's available via a promotion (if it's ever released).
