I am unable to create Sina Mail Account on a ZTE Zmax Pro. I have put in all the correct incoming and outgoing settings, correct username and password. It keeps saying incorrect username or password, or sometimes says cannot connect to server. Any ideas? I am going through the Mail Icon and using "Other" type of account. Thank you.

Sina Mail? First thing I can think of, are you actually in China? Because I think you have to actually be in the mainland PRC, and Sina requires a (+86) mobile number to register.
No, I'm in US. And my wife has it on her other Android phone. And it was easy to set up at that time, and it didn't require the international phone number.
That's the create Sina Mail account page that I'm seeing. I presume you can read Chinese, because Sina is Chinese only AFAIK.
"手机号码" (mobile phone number), which I think must be a Chinese (+86) one. Not sure if Sina has an international page. I've never made a Sina account myself. Do you have WeChat, because you can sign up with that.
When did your wife sign up? Because in China now, I think to register for any online service, you must verify and confirm a real phone number or some other ID. The law is can't be anonymous online now with Chinese internet services.
