Help Since 4.0.4 upgrade, have lost 4G connectivity

Lurker
I just installed the new Android upgrade to 4.0.4.

But as soon as the phone rebooted, I found that I have totally lost 4G connectivity. I only have 3G connectivity.

I checked all the settings, everything looks fine. I tried shutting down the phone and restarting it, that didn't work either.

I've been on the phone with Sprint Customer Support, and so far they can't figure it out either.

Is there any way I can fix this? Is there any way I can get back to the old version of Android?

It probably needs a factory reset to get it back up and functioning. It's also likely to be what Sprint suggests. You can get your phone rolled back to GB in some Sprint stores. You can also do it yourself fairly easily.

Hello. could you post a link to rollback to GB, factory, not rooted. It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
