Sipdroid/PBXes with any SIP provider

I have been trying for a week now to get a SIP provider setup with this combination. I have tried atleast 4 different SIP providers and all give me the same issue. Sipdroid starts to dial but immediately ends the call.

I have a green light for Sipdroid and I can see on PBXes where the connection begins and then terminates immediately. This leads me to believe my issue is in the PBXes setup somewhere....

Does anyone have a simple step by step setup for Sipdroid/PBXes and any SIP provider (preferably SIPGATE, SMSDISCOUNT/TPAD since I now have accounts with all of these)?

This is one of the reason I purchased the Nexus one and signed on with T-mobile.

Ok, two minutes after the post I figured out how to make a call with Sipdroid/PBXes and Sipgate...

Do I have to setup an inbound trunk to receive calls? Is this even possible?

Do you even need PBXes if you are using Sipgate?

I have SipDroid setup with SipGate and SipSorcery so i can use my Google Voice #.
