I installed SipDroid today and it is working well on the S3. I have the VZW variant and it is able to register and make calls using Wlan, 3G, and 4G.
I have to take a conf call every M W F at 7:00am while I am taking my son to school. This allows me to take the call using DATA and not my personal minutes. I have not tried Bluetooth yet though.
I read in a couple places around the web that VZW blocks this but I have not run into that so far.
A word of warning though. While SipDroid is active (must be shut down via exit command under menu) it will handle ALL outbound activity. In other words if you make a call from contacts it will go out over SipDroid as well as the standard phone icon. For me this is an issue since I ONLY use my SipDroid account for work purposes. So I have to remember to shut it down completely so I can make a call using the Cell/3G/4G networks.
Hope this helps some folks!
