I don't entirely understand the question. The GPRS is strictly to locate your device using satellite coordinates. The only thing that the internet would be used for in relation to the GPRS is to download maps on which you plot those coordinates. If you are asking about connecting a PC to the internet by tethering it to your phone, the members in Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro - Android Forums will be able to give you specific instructions if you ask in that forum.
