No. Anything Siri-like, including Siri, will require data because it accesses remote servers for data to do its tricks.

No, I don't have iPhone envy, I just see some good that Apple has made for its products such as the iPhone and would like some of that technology to better my already great Evo.

Don't you love boasting to iPhone users about what your phone can do and theirs can't? I love it when they pull out something and say, "See, I've got..." and then I pull that same thing out plus 3 alternatives and they are blown away. I don't know, I just like boast value.

I just turn on 4G, download 3D pictures, and I don't have to hold my phone in any special way to get it to work. Plus, around here Sprint kicks AT&T's ass in coverage and is cheaper. (most of the people I know with iPhones are on AT&T)
