i'm sure this has been thought of, and maybe done, but i can't find it on the market .... so
a skinning app. one that lets you create skins for clocks and icons. i see different clock "themes" on the market, but they're just really skins, and it would be awesome to make your own using personal pics. this would also be great for apps, because a lot that i use have ugly icons.
