Skip activation on Droid turbo 2 after factory reset

Did a factory reset on my phone and can't skip activation page. There is no option to select a WiFi network

Hello there!
Not familiar with the Droid Turbo, but interestingly enough, I found this which who knows, may or may not help:

On the OG Droid you could: touch top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left of the screen in a clockwise motion on the Android setup screen to bypass activation. Not sure if it works for other Android phones.

That doesn't seem to be an available option to me. I think the 4 tap method is just for older Android phones. I get to this page and it seems like it doesn't Even try to find WiFi at all

Have you tried booting up at different places? Maybe something corrupt at your home wifi
