Sky Go + Allshare cast dongle

So, Sky Go is incompatible with the hdmi lead and the S3 to prevent people watching on their tv.

Does the Allshare Dongle allow the Sky Go application to play through the tv? Or have sky got a plan in place to stop this?

This will be the difference between purchasing and not!

I dont think it will work not tried it myself as sky go no longer works on my s3 since ive had jelly bean but would like to find a way to share it to my tv.

The Allshare Cast Wireless Hub should mirror what you're seeing on your phone to your TV. Only problem is it doesn't seem to work for the Verizon version of the GS3.

If you're thinking of trying this out make sure you have the Allshare Cast option in your settings between WiFi Direct and DLNA. I just purchased one and found out it's incompatible with my device.

I can confirm Sky + does work with the Samsung Allshare Cast Dongle on 3UK
