Sky Go + Rooted = ?

Has any one got SkyGo working on a rooted S3?

I'm running Siyah Kernal and WanamLite rom. I have tried using 'hide my root' and 'Voodoo OTA RootKeeper' however SkyGo still pickups that my device is rooted. I've even tried remove Root in STweaks.

Any one else got and ideas on how to make it work?

Tried lots of different things on my SGS that was rooted and couldn't get Sky Go to work.

For info worked fine before rooting.

Have you tried resetting flash count to 0 after restoring root. I only ask because I couldn't get sky go to work either but just realised I had a high flash count when I tried.

Hi momorris, not sure if you reply was for OP or me.

If for me forgot to update profile (corrected) no longer have SGS now have S3, sorry.

SkyGo worked perfectly before I rooted.

Post was a question for op but it doesn't matter now. It seems sky are far too sneaky. Here is a thread on xda

The app checks a few things and basically cannot be fooled. Skygo will only work on non rooted phones.
