Skype App: free Skype mobile to Skype mobile?

My dad is going overseas and has a BlackBerry Storm with Skype and I have a Droid with Skype. Can I call him overseas for free using skype?

I know that if we both used our laptops to talk it would be free, so is there any difference in using skype mobile to skype mobile?

Big difference will be how you connect. Both on Wifi (as you typically would with a laptop), then just use fring or something. Your Dad in particular on 3G? Ouch - likely to be v expensive

We would both be on Verizon's 3G network. So that's not free then, making Skype mobile to skype mobile calls on Verizon's 3g? I can't even connect to wifi using the Skype app for the Droid.
