Skype v2.1.0.46 update poor audio

Hi all
Skype calls over WIFI have been great untill I update my phone to V2.1.0.46, Now the call quality is very very poor I guess you could call it non useable, messaging is all good just that audio has failed for me, anyone else have the same poor audio quality since updating to V2.1.0.46 . ???

I have the same problem as well. besides that the new GUI also uses up lots of space when you just want to chat over Skype. It may works well on a device with large dispplay such as the tablet handhelds but it is certainly no on a 2.8" screen of the U8150.

Anyone has good experience of which Slype for Andriod app that can porvide good quality 3G call on the U8150?

ok, another update from Skype v 2.5.0.108 , still my audio call is unusable , messaging is all I can do, anyone experiencing same very poor quality?
