Hello and welcome aboard. 
You can uninstall an application by going into the settings...better yet, install this application on your device and uninstall any app that you don't want. Keep in mind that preinstalled applications cannot be uninstalled.

Just follow the steps to uninstall.
P.s. This won't delete any data on your device, except the data from the deleted app.
