SLCD-equipped HTC Desire 'coming soon' to Telus

I hearing that HTC will have HTC Desire HD with 4.3-inch screen, 8-megapixel camera, a larger 4.3-inch SLCD screen and 720p.

I still finding the compare between AMOLED and SLCD but not yet found. Which one is better ?
