Hi Everyone,
I purchased SlideIT on Sunday night through Paypal. I have confirmation of this payment and still do not have an activation key. I have checked my spam folders- there is nothing there. I've gone ahead and sent 3 emails to support and their contact us form does not work (it says message failed) and quite frankly, I'm pretty pissed. I chose Paypal because to be honest, I didn't have my credit card on me to use in the market. I had no idea this would be such an issue. They've never responded to any of my emails. Just nothing. Any advice on getting this resolved? There is no phone number available that I can see anywhere.
