Help Sloooooooooooow sgs

needing big help here,

I'm with my SGS with less than a week an my brother encouraged me to flash with a new kernel/rom as he did with his milestone, big mistake of mine, now the phones takes about 5-10 seconds for any input to recognize, and the screen never turns off...

What I did:
First installed SpeedMod 13C with odin, no problems, rebooted super fast...
Installed romkitchen's rom with JS7... already slooow, most inputs didn't recognizes, and the ones it did took 20 seconds...
Installed some 2.2.1 rom I found on the net, same thing
Installed a new 2.3.2 Gingerbread rom, now it recognizes all inputs, but still takes 5-10 seconds and the screen never turns off...

Can't found anything related to this, 3 roms already with super slow motion, really desperate here...

The new rom came with a kernel that doesnt have the Up+Home+Power menu, just a message with "FORCED UPLOAD by KEY PRESSING" and some hex status codes...

Btw, mine version is I9000b but with I9000 rom, does that cause the lag...? How can i have the factory settings back...?

hold the volume up, power button and home button and then when you see the blue font on top then release all 3 buttons and then you can reset or clean it out the data,etc.. then it will come back again, ive done already as one software apps i download was bug so ive cleaned out and bring my usual apps minus some apps i didnt install that run so fast.

u have to download the stock rom and flash it.

For me, after i flash the kernel, found it to be fast, and I stopped right there.
