Help Slow android

i have recently brought a samsung galaxy ACE,......i haven't installed much of applications but still it hangs down using camera etc............wat to do.?? it has a 800 mhz processor.......nd no applications are running in background...........Pls HELP

Hard to tell with a minimal description such as that.
It takes the camera 30 seconds to start up.

Are you using a launcher? Lots of widgets?
Do you have a lot of free ram?

i m nt using widgets .......but my ram is most of the time being used very much even though in active application no application s r running......but whn i clear d ram ....15 application get closed..........which application r these.......??
