Help Slow charging

I have the 6.3 and it's the fastest charging battery I ever had..really fast. I'm very surprised at how fast it charges.

I did read some reviews (see link) where some people got defective batteries. They contacted Samsung and was sent a new battery or they sent phone to samsung and samsung replaced battery after testing it.
