Samsung Galaxy S4, foxfi (yes i have the key) drops when tethered (mostly wifi but also usb) to computer Dell studio WinVista. does anyone run into this? I will fly through about 3-5 pages but then it loads incredibly slow and ultimately drops giving me something like "connection error" messages. or the page loads in all text and out of order. I am confused and have been having this issue for over a year, I was previously using droid bionic and same thing happened except usb held out longer so I used that. The best I can do is reboot phone and cpu and it may start working a little longer. Can anyone tell me where they think the problem lies? I don't usually have the same issue when using the tablet, other cpus (laptop) or connecting ps3, just mainly the dell, I have factory reset the dell, purchased a new wireless adapter... same old story.
Im thinking somehow the big red machine knows I am tethering and is throttling me but that doesnt explain the decent connection and speed on other devices.
