Help Slow email on S5

I have a Galaxy S5. It is stock and usually works great except for email. It often takes a minute or two for the list of emails to come up. It doesn't seem to matter whether I am home on WiFi or on 4g. I have been into Sprint, but the guys there had no ideas. It has been this way since I got the phone although some times it works fine.

Problem is on Sprint's end, more than likely.
