If you are streaming via your home wifi, please reset the router. You may also want to check with your service provider and make sure there isn't trouble on their end.
If you are streaming via 3/4g, contact your carrier and make sure they are not experiencing any tower issues.
Another option is to run a cache cleaner. They can be downloaded from the Play store.
My last option would be to do a factory reset. There is a chance something may have become corrupt in the file system of your device.
