Hi Everyone,
I have been having issues with a slow mobile internet connection for a few weeks now. My network provider is Giffgaff. This is the result I get when I check service status for my area on Giffgaff:
Our network is currently working fine

Updated 18:00 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.
Normal coverage for Voice, text and email (2G)
Contacted Samsung support and was asked to update S3 to latest firmware using KIES as was told this should solve slow mobile internet connection. When I checked KIES for firmware update I already had the latest current firmware installed on my S3 (Android version: 4.1.2). Firmware version: PDA:MA2 / PHONE:LLA / CSC:MA1 (OPS). I have backed up the data on my S3 and restored it using KIES. I have also used firmware upgrade and initialisation on KIES to restore my S3 to factory settings. None of the above have worked to increase mobile internet speed on my S3. Any ideas what is wrong?

- Making calls, sending texts, using email on your phone.
Good indoors and outdoors.

Fast networking. For smartphones, dongles and tablets.
Good indoors and outdoors. Good for mobile broadband.
