Slow speeds on GSM

Can anyone help me? I have a metro branded GSM phone and my data is so off. Im getting .13mb down and .15mb up.Is this normal? When I was still on CDMA, my speeds were way faster than this even when I used up all my 4g data. Is there towers being fixed or is there a way to fix this. Its been like this for about a week now.

What network are you on? EDGE, HSPA, LTE?

The Exhibit doesn't have LTE... When you take the speed tests what does it show on your notification bar, E or 4G?

Ok well I'd contact Metro and tell them about your problem. My advice is their Facebook team since that seems to be the most painless way.

The speeds you're quoting are what I usually get when I run speed tests while on EDGE.

Are you on the 40 dollar plan? If so maybe you used up 500 mb already and are being throttled down. Those are pretty close to throttled speeds.
