My screen has started sticking while trying to scroll, when I use the "Add to Homescreen" button and try a system update it will not perform this function until way later. Also the download notifications at top keep reappearing after I clear them.

I have done a recovery screen cache wipe checked for viruses with a scanner and I have about 5GB available space.

Problem solved. Purchased a new Tab E 9.6.
