Hi i have a sony erricson x10 mini, was good on the original firmware/software but then it kept saying there was a update so i updated it to the newest version.

The newest version is (as my phone tells me) 2.1-update1

It has so many faults, somtimes it can take up to 5 mins to send a tex (sending to disapear) and i cant multi task, for example run liveprofile and text or text more than one person as it will starge moving as if screen needs to change and will go black and freeze.

Any idea on how to fix?

The first thing I would do is re-install the firmware via either the Update Service again or running a repair via PC Companion. This sounds like an error occurred during the install causing a variety of issues.

Please follow the link provided below and simply work your way through the steps outlined by the application once loaded:

Even if it has said that it is up to date, there should be an option to repair or re-install, you may need to use PC Companion for this. Then simply re install the software version that you have as this may resolve any potential errors that occurred during the last update.

Ok then you can use the PC Companion software as this has a specific "Repair" function that will reload the software.
