Help Small crack on screen samsung galaxy s4mini

[Android Question]

Hi, so it was night when my battery went low. I was very sleepy, and went to charge my phone, i slipped and dropped the phone. The phone had a small crack near the power button, just on the screen. When i try and charge it, it vibrates so i think it is just the screen that needs to be fixed. (Not all of the screen is broken, just a small crack near the power button is.)

Any fixes for this? thanks

I assume, though you don't say ,that the display isn't working (many phones work fine with cracked screens, but if you are using vibration to determine that the phone is live it sounds like your display is not).

If it's physical damage then the only fix is to repair it. If you are lucky it might just require plugging something back in, but it's likely that it involves replacing damaged components. Until someone opens it up and sees what is damaged we cannot say any more. If you are not confident about taking the phone apart, identifying the problem, ordering components and installing them yourself (and few are) it's best to take it in to be fixed.
