Help Small messaging Screen

I'm not used to texting. On the ZTE Valet you only see a two line box in which to type. You see a larger box after sending, am I doing something wrong.

Typing in landscape mode helps.

Thanks, that certainly does the trick. Now with my bookmarks working and this I can say I'm really happy with the ZTE after a week.
On another post I commented about complaints with WiFi. It's not as strong as say my Kindle, but worked ok at the local supermarket Starbucks as well as at home and another hot spot, so while it may not be the best it wouldn't be a good reason not to purchase. Same for indicated signal strength, very low at home but got better on the road, and always seems to work. Battery life is good.

You can also download a third party keyboard that is bigger I like the Google keyboard
