Apps Smart Building with Android

I wanna realise an application for Android for smart building.


Is there any free application for android which above mentioned features?
I`ve seen such an app for Iphone but could find nothing for the Google phone.

First off: I've got no idea if such an application already exists.
But anyway: The main question you've got to ask is if there's already an application out there that works with the specific counterpart (Home Server, etc.) you want to access.
