Help Smart Screen

Where is the Smart Screen option (or an equivalent one) on V10?
On G2 was an option to have the screen on as long as one was looking at it.
This is also the default option on the Samsung Galaxy phones

I'm on T-Mobile & as best as I can tell, my V10 does not have Smart Screen.
I Google searched & seems most are reporting the feature is not installed on their phones either,from the AT&T & T-Mobile versions at least.
Some speculate this was omitted to keep Samsung off their back for "stealing/copying" the feature w/o permission/compensation..................

Back from overseas!
On the V10 their are various ways to do it in
Settings>display>lock screen>smart lock.

Settings, display, screen timeout. You can set the screen on time manually, between 15 sec to 15 minutes or keep screen on.
