smart switch not working on my computer

i have an iphone 4s and trying to use smart switch totrasfer all of my stuff. when i get to the transfer screen it says windows is having a problem and closes
 
Have you tried contacting Samsung regarding your issue? It sounds like more of a Windows issue than an Android one. Did the Android app transfer the file correctly?
