Help Smart TV Box M6 Remote Issues

Hi I am having problems with the remote on icefilms in xbmc. The problem is when I am entering the re captchas in, the remote is stuck on number lock and wont let me enter letters. I also cant use the arrows on the remote to even scroll and press each letter. Does anyone know how to fix this I have searched everywhere and cant find anyhting.

Make sure the mouse adapter is plugged all the way in .
