smart tv box will not connect

Good day
a newbie here i have a smart tv box was working fine , netflix , kodi ect..have changed internet/tv supplier
from bell mts to shaw cable. since change over the unit will not load , time and date off ect..
just says web page not available. checked setting > Network > Ethernet - connected , WiFi - connected
click on kodi , netflix, youtube nothing. any help would be very much appreciated thank you
 
Welcome to Android Forums. You might try looking at your apps' cache. Try clearing each and reboot your TV.
You will likely have to enter your login credentials again for each. I hope this gets you going.
 
Try going back into the Settings >> Network menu, delete the existing WiFi network you were using before switching ISPs and set up a completely new one to connect it to your new home network. Since things were working OK before the current WiFi network showing in the listing is using configurations from the previous ISP's modem/router, your now different current modem/router most likely is different settings (even if you set up the new WiFi using the same SSID and password, did you also reconfigure your new modem/router to use all the same settings?). Even if you just switched modems and you have your own router, you should still just reconfigure your TV set top box to your home network.
