Smartactions not saving triggers or actions on Razr m

[Android Question]

I have an android razr m and when I go to make a custom smartaction I hit the + button and choose the trigger (does not matter which trigger) then I go back to the screen to finish making the smart action and the trigger I just made is not there and it does the same when trying to add an action. I have tried restarting my phone several times and it did nothing.
