Smartphone conflicts wi-fi

Hello there,

i have a really weird problem.
I have a home network based on a TP-LINK Archer VR600 modem router.
It works fine, but whenever i switch on wi-fi adapter in a certain smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 5), internet connection (not only wi-fi) is starting to strangle a lot. I don;t have data connection even with my main PC which is connected to the router through cable. When i turn off wi-fi in Xiaomi immediately internet connection is back.
I attached a snapshot.
I changed channels and bandwidth (made combinations), i even turned 5Mhz on, but nothing happened.
Any ideas??
Thanks on advance for any answer...

Your screenshot indicates you have no connection to your ISP (see 'Internet Status:')
At this point, you have an isolated, local network in place but you have no Internet access.

Check the Ethernet cable between your TP-Link and your modem/router. If you didn't disable 'Wi-Fi' in your modem/router, do so. You don't want or need two different, conflicting WiFi networks.

I had this happen to me once with a Samsung tablet. I had a couple of videos that were very large on an SD card in my tablet that kept trying to sync with the cloud.

Thank you all for your suggestions.
The router has/had the latest firmware. It was first thing it came to my mind.
I manage to solve it by doing a 2nd hard reset to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5.
I have done it once but nothing happened, i installed a software update, nothing happened and before i burn it, i decided to hard reset it one last time.
Problem disappeared .All (cabled PC, smartphones, Laptops, printer and smart TV) work fine now. If only the internet speed was better. Still having ADSL line in the center of the Capital (Athens, Greece)
Thanks again...
