Help Smartphone unloched

Hi everyone, I'm trying to backup android with adb, after launching the adb backup command it tells me to unlock the phone and confirm the backup, only that the phone is already foul, the screen lock via pin is unlocked , developer options are enabled, usb debugging and bootloader is unlocked, can anyone help me? What remains to be unlocked yet?

How about the "confirm the backup" bit? That sounds like it might be expecting you to authorise the backup on the phone. Is there anything in the notifications?

Hi, the problem is that in the phone that notification does not appear, the phone is unlocked, and adb gives me that message but on the phone that is already unlocked and therefore there is not even to type the pin, nothing appears so I cannot give confirmation.
