Help SMemo Note Modifications dates

Hi to all

I need help for legal reasons.

I need to know how to read the date of modifications I made on a S Memo note on my Samsung Galaxy III Neo.

I added an info to an existing note (with extension .smb) and after some months I added a further note.

I have exported the file with .smb extension, along with .pdf and .jpeg versions, to my PC running Windows 10.

I would need to know if it's possible to dump the file and verify the modification history and the content of the modification itself.
