Hi, I spun you post into it's own thread. The one you posted in was from 2009 and was probably completely unrelated. I had a peek at your image and don't have a clue myself. Hopefully one of the smart people that hangout here can help.

Either airpush spam (sometimes found in 'free' apps) or it's GERTY inside your phone.

You could try running inb Safe Mode (disabling all apps you added without uninstalling them). If it goes away it was caused by an app that you added.

Wow I did that when I had built my ROM for the esteem. But the location throws it off
