they r in the framework-res.apk if i remember right. google "uot kitchen". that site can help u modify your framework how u want it. its how a lot of people change their framework for themed roms.
 
I agree! I use UOT for ALL my roms & Ive had NO problems... I am currently running another custom rom that I made but I doubt Ill make this public cuz its too much work for me to get all the files to my PC so I can upload em... but for anyone who cares its a metal gear rising: revengeance themed rom complete with Metal gear ringtones & notifications. If I were to make this public Id also have the MGS codec dialer app & a similar style messenger
 
ya, go to the site, so to the kitchen area, change the theming how u want it, go to the tab that has the place where u can upload your framework, and upload your framework-res.apk and systemui.apk, submit your work to the kitchen, go to the pick up page, and wait for your number to b called. once u download the zip they will provide u, u can easily flash it in cwm. have fun! :-)
