Help SMS: attatchment & no subject

Hi. When i send SMS they come up after in the menu with [attatchment] and or (no subject). Why is this?
And when it only says (no subject) with no text after. (As shown in screen shot). may it happen that the latest SMS with that contact was not sendt??

What phone have you got, make and model, or is it a third-party messaging app you're using. Can't see anything from the screen-shot it's too small

What happens if you use a different messaging app?
