Help SMS/call from tablet with a voice SIM?

please advise I have a LG v495 - LG G Pad F 8.0 LTE official factory unlocked on Android 5.0.2

when I put a voice SIM from my Note 3 into LG...

I can not SMS or call

is there any way you know that I could do that?
