Help SMS conversation list icon - what is it?

Can anyone tell me what the little orange clock means beside these two conversation lists on my galaxy S iii? I think it means it's either waiting to send or receive a message, but all messages in these threads are sent and received...

Yup, gtalk icons, orange for away, green for online.
