SMS custom auto-reply for each contact

I had an app that did this but I had to uninstall it and can't find it in my history. I am looking for an app that will let me auto-reply to a text from a particular person but not the same auto-reply to someone else. Different auto-reply for different people. I am currently using the Google message app not the default Verizon app. Neither give this option but if the is a solution to my problem I would like for it to work with Google. Thanks.

Hmmmm, I have not tried that, but MacroDroid can watch the SMS messages and if it sees the contact you selected, you can create a macro to respond to that person:

here is a slide show to give you a heads up:
I have selected the 1st slide only, when it comes up, click on the Right Arrow to advance to the next slide. As you go thru the slides, look for the selection 'SMS or related topic.... I did not take the time to overlay drawings or arrows.

Thank you for the reply AZgl1500. I downloaded the app, tested it and it works.

Since you gave me a recommendation I will give you one too. If you like automation like I do and haven't tried it I suggest you try IF by IFTT.
