SMS fraud vulnerability?

So i just installed pacrom 4.2.2. I previously had on Cm 11. When I open up cleanmaster's antivirus it gives me "Sms vulnerability" I think I have the same apps i had on Cm 11 4.4.4 installed on Pac rom 4.2.2.

Is it because of an app I have or is this just an Andriod 4.2.2 thing?

Hi there, JumpinJupiter. I've moved this to the Android Applications board since it's an app, CleanMaster, giving the message about SMS vulnerability. If it turns out not to be related to the app, we can always move this to a more appropriate place.
